Amada Senior Care East Bay
Serving the East Bay from Berkeley to Walnut Creek and down to Pleasanton
John and Jaden Wu, owners of Amada Senior Care East Bay, know from personal experience how difficult it can be for families to find exceptional senior care for an aging loved one without having expert guidance and access to the right resources. Says John, “Following the loss of her husband, we began to notice that my mom (Jaden’s grandmother) required additional support for her daily activities. Our foremost concern was to guarantee her continued comfort and independence in the home she held dear.
“Our family faced the challenging decision of finding the right senior care solution for Mom. We explored various options, all of which were totally new and foreign to us. However, nothing seemed to offer the personal touch and familiarity that Mom deserved.”
The Wu family learned about senior home care and welcomed a caregiver who could assist with activities of daily living. Says John, “We encountered a remarkable woman — caring, loving, and patient — who naturally bestowed upon Mom empathy, respect, and kindness. Witnessing this, we were inspired to ensure that every senior we served would receive the same standard of care and attention.”
At Amada Senior Care East Bay, we take a compassionate and personalized approach to delivering in-home caregiving services to our population of elders in Berkeley, Concord, Danville, Lafyette, Moraga, Oakland, Piedmont, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, and communities beyond.
Each senior client entrusted to our in-home care will be positively impacted and treated with the highest levels of respect and care.
Our experienced senior care advisors set out to find the care solution that’s right for each senior client’s unique situation. We also happily help seniors and their families understand all the benefits of their Long-Term Care insurance policies, any VA benefits for eligible senior veterans, and other funding options that might cover the costs of in-home care.

Amada Senior Care has been a blessing for my Dad, and as his only child and sole support, I'm immensely grateful. The caregivers are like extended family, providing not just assistance but genuine companionship. Dad feels comfortable, and I appreciate the personal touch with my Dad's sensitive needs. The team ensures his safety and well-being, allowing him to age gracefully at home. I'm relieved knowing Dad is in capable hands. Jaden and John's warmth and professionalism make Amada Senior Care stand out. It's more than a service; it's a lifeline for families navigating the challenges of caring for aging loved ones. Highly recommended!

As the child of an aging veteran, Amada East Bay has been a godsend. Their dedication to my parent's well-being echoes the values of service and commitment. The caregivers, with their respectful and compassionate approach, have created a supportive environment. Amada not only honors my dad's service, but also ensures both of my parent's comfort and dignity in the aging journey. Grateful beyond words.

For some seniors, an assisted living community, typically offering non-complex medical services, may be a good fit. Others may require a bit more support and may be better served in a nursing home or different type of care community.
